В связи с тем что сайт был обновлен и перенесен на новый более современный и функциональный движок и невозможности переноса старых Мастер Аккаунтов в полном объеме. ​

Необходимо провести несколько манипуляций по восстановлений аккаунта Личного Кабинета:

1 Способ (Восстановление доступа через игровой аккаунт , для тех кто не помнит на какой Email регистрировали старый МА)
Шаг 1 - Перейти в личный кабинет > https://multeria.ru/ru/panel 

Шаг 2 - Войти в личный кабинет введя ваш игровой аккаунт Логин и Пароль (игровой аккаунт, это тот аккаунт который вы вводите при входе в игру через клиент)
Шаг 3 - Для того что бы мы могли в полной мере пользоваться кабинетом и его функциями вам необходимо пройти процедуру подтверждения вашего Email , путем отправки письма. 
Для этого вам необходимо перейти в Настройки

Далее , отправить письмо с кодом на ваш Email.

В появившемся поле ввода, ввести ваш код , который пришел вам на почту.

На этом процедура восстановления закончена. Вам стали доступны все имеющиеся ранее игровые аккаунты и персонажи в панели управления.

Способ 2 (для тех кто помнит свой Email, на котором был зарегистрирован старый МА)

Шаг 1 - Необходимо пройти регистрацию Личного Кабинета с Email, на который вы регистрировали старый Мастер Аккаунт.

Шаг 2 - После процедуры регистрации, форма автоматически попросит вас подтвердить ваш Email. После подтверждения Email вам будет доступны все функции Личного Кабинета в полном объеме.

Для восстановления рекомендуются оба варианта. Кому какой проще.
 

Для тех у кого были скидки и баланс на прошлом аккаунте:

Необходимо отписать нам в Telegram, Vk, Discord ваш Email после прохождения процедуры восстановления, администрация проверит ваш баланс и бонусы на прошлом аккаунте и выдаст на новый Личный Кабинет.

Method 2 (for those who remember their email address where the old MA was registered)

Step 1-You need to register your Personal Account with the Email address to which you registered the old Master Account.

Step 2-After the registration procedure, the form will automatically ask you to confirm your Email address. After confirming your email, you will have access to all the functions of your Personal Account in full.

Both options are recommended for recovery. Which one is easier.

For those who had discounts and a balance on a previous account:

You need to unsubscribe to us in Telegram, Vk, Discord your Email after completing the recovery procedure, the administration will check your balance and bonuses on the previous account and give you a new Personal Account.
